Welcome to InterCollege. These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the InterCollege platform, website, mobile applications, and related services ("Services"). By accessing or using our Services, you agree to comply with these Terms.
1. About InterCollege
InterCollege is a cloud-based School ERP platform that enables schools, colleges, coaching institutes, and educational organizations to manage admissions, student records, attendance, examinations, fees, staff, documents, and related academic activities.
2. Eligibility
You must be authorized by your educational institution to use InterCollege. Institution administrators are responsible for managing user accounts and permissions.
3. User Accounts
Users agree to:
- Provide accurate information.
- Keep login credentials secure.
- Notify us immediately of unauthorized account access.
- Use the platform only for lawful educational purposes.
Institutions are responsible for managing their users and ensuring compliance with these Terms.
4. Google Account Integration
InterCollege allows institutions to connect their own Google Account for optional integrations such as Google Drive and Google Sheets.
Google Drive
If enabled, the platform uploads and manages school-related documents such as admission forms, certificates, fee receipts, and other files in the institution's own Google Drive account.
Google Sheets
If enabled, InterCollege may create, update, and manage spreadsheets selected by the institution to store admission and academic records.
Institutions may disconnect their Google Account at any time through their Google Account security settings or within the application where supported.
5. Acceptable Use
You agree NOT to:
- Use the Services for illegal activities.
- Upload malicious software.
- Attempt unauthorized access to any account or system.
- Interfere with the operation or security of the platform.
- Copy, reverse engineer, or redistribute the software without written permission.
6. Data Ownership
Educational institutions retain ownership of all data they upload or create within InterCollege.
InterCollege does not claim ownership of your data.
7. Privacy
Your use of the Services is also governed by our Privacy Policy available at:

8. Intellectual Property
InterCollege, its logo, software, website, documentation, and related materials are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. No part of the platform may be copied, modified, or distributed without prior written permission.
9. Service Availability
We strive to maintain reliable service but do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free availability. Scheduled maintenance, upgrades, or unexpected outages may temporarily affect access.
10. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, InterCollege shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from the use or inability to use the Services.
11. Suspension or Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, misuse the platform, or engage in unlawful activities.
12. Third-Party Services
InterCollege integrates with third-party services including, but not limited to:
- Google OAuth
- Google Drive API
- Google Sheets API
Your use of those services is also subject to the applicable terms and policies of those providers.
13. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Updated versions will be posted on this page with a revised effective date. Continued use of the Services after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
14. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Moradabad, Uttar Pradesh, India.
