3. Google User Data

When you choose to connect your Google Account, InterCollege requests only the permissions required for the features you enable.

Google Drive

If your institution connects Google Drive, InterCollege uses Google Drive only to upload, create, edit, and manage files related to your institution, such as:

Admission Forms
Student Documents
Certificates
Fee Receipts
Uploaded Attachments

We request the Google Drive drive.file permission, allowing InterCollege to access only files created or opened by our application.

Google Sheets

If enabled by your institution, InterCollege can use Google Sheets to maintain student admissions and other academic data.

Only spreadsheets selected or created for your institution are accessed.
